Founded in 2003, IPTF was established to give Taekwondo students, instructors, and schools a globally respected home for rank certification, instructor development, and technical leadership. Today the federation's network spans the United States, India, and the United Arab Emirates — practitioners united by a shared commitment to discipline, excellence, and community.
